Missouri Fudge Cake
| Bring to boil in a sauce
pan |

margarine, softened at room temp. |

water |
Mix next 3 ingredients and add to sauce pan

flour |

►2 cups
sugar |
|
►1/2
teaspoon salt |
Mix next 4 ingredients and add to mixture above |
►2 eggs

teaspoon baking soda
►1
teaspoon vanilla
►1/2
cup buttermilk
Pour into large cookie sheet
(11x17x1 inch) Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. |

Frosting
►1/2
cup margarine
►4
rounded tablespoons cocoa
►1
pound powdered sugar
►6
tablespoons milk
►1
teaspoon vanilla
►1 cup
Missouri pecans
Mix ingredients and pour on
cake while warm. |
